Processing and Delivering your new product is handled with great care
For your convenience, we ship using the Australia Post with tracking service anywhere within Australia. We make our best efforts to deliver products within 3 to 5 working days to the address specified by you during the purchase process, however delivery to some remote areas of Australia might take a little longer.
More importantly, we offer FREE standard delivery anywhere in Australia.
Don't worry if you're not home when the product/s are delivered, Australia Post will leave a card at your home advising you that an attempt has been made to deliver your product. Your parcel will then be available to be collected at your local post office.

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange a backorder or a full refund.
Please note we cannot ship goods to an address outside of Australia.
By utilising Australia Post MyPost Safe Drop Service (‘Service’) you agree that: You are aware of the risk of utilising the Service and agree that other delivery options were available to you at the time of order.
Australia Post will not obtain or require your signature on delivery of your parcel, and that it may leave parcels at your delivery address, either in the delivery location requested by you or some other safe location selected at Australia Post’s sole discretion, without obtaining a signature from any person; and, if your parcel is delivered in the manner described in paragraph above, the parcel will be deemed to have been delivered at the time the parcel is scanned as delivered and left at the delivery address. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you or to any other person for any loss or damage that may be suffered, as a result of any act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, by or on behalf of Australia Post in relation to the loss or damage to any parcel, including, but not limited to:
A. where it is left at the delivery address in any location as requested pursuant to this Service;
B. where it is left at a delivery address in a manner that is inconsistent with the delivery instructions specified in the
request for the Service; or
C. where it is not left at the delivery address, and requires collection from a Post Office; except to the extent that such
loss or damage as a direct result of our fraud or wilful misconduct.
Return & Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us with 14 days of taking delivery and return the product. You will then receive a store credit for the purchase price of your product. (excluding the initial delivery charges)
Products must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories that was included, be in new conditions suitable for resale, and must not have been damaged during the time the product is in your possession, including up until we received the product.
You must notify us first before returning the items, within 14 days of taking delivery of your product.
If there is no proof of delivery date then it will be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch of your product.
The product must be returned back to us within 10 business days of your request to return your product.
All returns are made at your own cost and you must comply with the directions for returning the product that our staff provide to you. The product will remain your responsibility during transit until they are received at the address supplied by our staff. We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage which may occur during transit.
After receiving the returned product, we will issue a store credit as soon possible and you will be notified.
Refunding E-Gift Cards
For item(s) paid by both E-gift card and credit card, you will be refunded on your credit card up to the amount of your initial card payment and the remaining amount will be refunded to your E-Gift Card as store credit.

You must comply with all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations that relate to your use of or activities on this Website. We reserve the right to report potentially criminal activity to appropriate law enf
